KITCHEN SCHOOL, Milano
The restoration kept the main characteristics of the old building: cast-iron pillars with classical capitals, oak floors and concrete floors, big windows. The open space was kept in all its deepness and in front of the area devoted to the kitchen now there’s a little tribune where people can follow the classes and the cooking of recipes.
